1.All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.
2.We accept cheque, bank deposit, Visa and Mastercard.
3.Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full. Cheques must be cleared before delivery.
4.Any orders over $1,000.00 will attract a 5% discount.
3.All items are packaged with care and safety in mind to avoid damage or breakage. In the event a product is delivered damaged/faulty, inform Silverline Jewellery within 7 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition, in its original packaging. Any goods that are faulty due to manufacturing must be returned with seven days. We do not refund, however, a replacement will be forwarded upon receipt of damaged or faulty goods.
